This machine is composed of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control box.This machine is especially suitable for ultrafine grinding of brittle materials, the hardness of which is best at Mohs 1-3, such as graphite, kaolin, white carbon black and other non-metallic minerals.Due to the high speed and large air intake of the micro pulverizer, The particle size can change with the rotating speed; the particle size varies from 80 to 320 mesh. There are water-cooling jackets around the grinding chamber and bearings to cool the machine.working principle: The material enters the crushing chamber and is sheared and ground by the rapidly rotating blades. The powder enters the classification chamber through the guide ring. When the classification wheel rotates, air force and centrifugal force act on the powder together. As the diameter of the particles is greater than the critical diameter (the diameter of the classified particles), the heavy powder returns to the crushing chamber, while the particles with a diameter smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and dust box.It is suitable for pulverizing heat-sensitive materials such as synthetic resin, sulfur, pesticides, food, Chinese herbal medicine, phosphate, magnesium carbonate and other items.Product Parameters
